Job summary

Crosby Energy Services is seeking a dependable Fleet Mechanic – Light Duty to join our team in Pecos, or Midland TX. This hands-on role performs maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on our fleet vehicles—primarily pickup trucks and other light-duty units.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in automotive, fleet, or light-duty diesel/gas repair.
• Familiar with gas/diesel engine systems, brakes, suspension, and electrical diagnostics.
• Understanding of DOT compliance and inspection protocols.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks safely.
• Safety-oriented and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on company fleet vehicles—primarily pickup trucks and other light-duty units.
