Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is looking for an experienced Landscape Equipment and Fleet Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on company vehicles and landscape equipment. You will work in a shop supporting a broad range of power equipment and parts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of repair experience, strong mechanical skills, a valid driver's license, and own tools. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; CA exceptions apply for tool ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years repair experience with mowers, small engines, 2 cycle equipment, and utility vehicles.
• Strong mechanical skills including basic electrical systems, hydraulic systems, mower technology and engines, both gasoline and diesel.
• Basic automotive repair experience.
• A team player with good communication abilities: must be adept at fostering communication between branch management, account management and crew leaders.
• Strong organization skills—record keeping, shop cleanliness, inventory and parts ordering.
• Must have own tools with the exception of California.
• High school diploma with additional technical certifications is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Equipment and Fleet Mechanic! The Mechanic will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all company vehicles and landscape equipment.

What You’ll Do:
