Job summary

Ace Endico Corp in Brewster, NY is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Associate to assist mechanics with inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on forklifts, conveyors, and related equipment. This full-time, day-shift role offers stable hours and a friendly, team-oriented work environment.

You will support daily maintenance operations to keep the facility safe and efficient, maintain a clean workspace, and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; warehouse or maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (or willingness to learn).
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions and work both independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics with routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on warehouse equipment (forklifts, conveyors, etc.).

Schedule: Monday - Friday // 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00PM

What You'll Do

• Assist mechanics with routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on warehouse equipment (forklifts, conveyors, etc.)
• Support daily maintenance operations to keep the facility running safely and efficiently
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including tools and equipment
• Assist with general facility upkeep such as trash removal, painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies while completing assigned tasks

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required; warehouse or maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (or willingness to learn)
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions and work both independently and on a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical job demands
• Experience operating equipment such as electric pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
