We are seeking knowledgeable, customer-focused auto, diesel, aircraft, or forklift technicians to join our team.

Territory: This position is based out of Crown’s Tampa Branch and covers Lakeland and surrounding areas.

Internal Title: Field Service Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks.
2. Perform planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
3. Maintain service van and inventory.
4. Complete paperwork after each job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines; ability to read schematics.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, ability to operate lift trucks safely.
• Technical degree, lift truck repair experience, welding skills, and familiarity with testing equipment are preferred.
