Qualifications

  • Knowledge of safety equipment and procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to seventy-five pounds and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist mechanical personnel with servicing and inspections.
  • Refill water, sand, and oil for passenger equipment.
  • Restock emergency tools and supplies.

Job description

Location: Manassas, VA or Fredericksburg, VA

Responsibilities:

  • Aids all mechanical personnel with any servicing and inspection needs
  • Primary nightly duties include refilling of water, sand, and oil to all in-service passenger equipment
  • Restocking all emergency tooling/supplies
  • Fills out service requests within Keolis’s proprietary tracking system specifying parts and labor
  • All other duties assigned
  • OJT will be provided once all required training is completed

Knowledge and Experience

  • Knowledge and use of proper safety equipment at all times
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Driver’s license required
  • Must be able to work amid constant interruptions, have ability to prioritize and be detail oriented
  • Must be able to perform physical activities including lifting up to seventy-five (75) pounds
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
