Job Description Summary

Technician I

Are you seeking an entrepreneurial, empowering workplace that allows you to:

This Technician role performs preventive maintenance and makes repairs on equipment to avoid downtime. Our fleet primarily includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools and equipment. Specialty line locations may have large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems and oil/gas related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible.
• Maintain safety standards and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1 to 3 years of technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or oil & gas).

Preferred

• May need to provide tools of trade.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.

Base Pay Range: $18.99 - $26.11
