Insight Global is seeking a Mechanic to join a large food and beverage client in Valhalla, NY. The role involves daily maintenance of bottling equipment within the R&D Maintenance and Operations team. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment, checking safety issues such as compressed air and high-speed conveyors, changing pump seals, lubricating equipment, and tracking parts. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role requires interaction with all levels of staff. This position is 100% onsite. Compensation ranges from $17.00/hr to $20.00/hr, with potential increases upon permanent conversion.
