Job summary

Coach USA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Chester, NY to perform highly skilled preventive maintenance, diagnostic and repair work on motor coaches. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and offers a comprehensive benefits package, weekly pay, and a robust set of company perks.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma, DOT standards compliance, and CDL endorsements as required. Training will be provided; join a team focused on reliability, safety and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; drivers license acceptable; able to operate in various weather conditions.
• DOT physical qualifications required and pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be able to attend required training when directed.
• CDL A/B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and replace components on motor coaches as needed.
• Perform minor body work as needed.
• Complete PMI repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Utilize specialized shop tools to complete maintenance tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
