Job summary

Coach USA is seeking a C3 Mechanic at our Chester, NY location. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will perform skilled preventative maintenance, diagnostic and repair work on motor coaches to minimize downtime and ensure a reliable passenger experience.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and CDL A/B with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements; you must be able to work in all weather and pass DOT medical, background checks.

• Able to work in all types of weather conditions, outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnosis and replace components on motor coaches as needed.
• Minor body work as needed.
• PMI repairs.
• Utilize specialized shop tools such as steam cleaners and grease guns.

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager a Maintenance Mechanic performs highly skilled preventative maintenance, and diagnostic and repair work on motor coaches to minimize downtime and ensure a positive customer experience.
