ROLLINS AUTOMOTIVE LLC in Salem, VA is seeking an experienced automotive technician for a high-volume shop. This role offers a $100k+ potential and a 5-day work week (Mon-Fri, weekends closed).

We provide paid major holidays, PTO after year one, company paid training, and a supportive team environment focused on growth and quality repairs for our customers. We handle about 100 cars per month, and pay scales are competitive based on ability and experience.

We are looking for a technician that is EXPERIENCED. We are all working to learn and grow consistently to better help us provide the best service possible and provide high quality repairs for our customers.

We work together as a TEAM and focus on providing an atmosphere of encouragement to help others get to the next level because when one of us succeeds, we all succeed. We strive to be the best and focus on providing the tools and knowledge needed to be able to confidently diagnose and fix cars. We are a busy shop but we do our best to operate with as little stress as possible.

We are having to turn work away due to our need for technicians, but currently do about 100 cars a month. Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our A level technician pay is extremely competitive!
