Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and mechanical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators, bulldozers, and loaders, to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems as needed.
  • Use computerized diagnostic tools to identify and address equipment issues.
  • Maintain an inventory of parts and tools required for repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Complete work orders and submit detailed reports to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with equipment operators and other team members regarding equipment conditions and repairs.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
