Job summary

Easton Coach Company LLC is seeking an experienced automotive technician to perform scheduled maintenance on fleet vehicles and respond to shop needs. You will inspect, service, and document work to ensure reliability of our passenger transport fleet.

The role requires ability to read service manuals and wiring diagrams, perform diagnostics, and maintain accurate records. We offer competitive hourly pay and a structured safety-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or ASE coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a mechanic, automotive technician, or maintenance technician.
• Ability to read service manuals, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic data.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on vehicles, shop tools, and equipment (oil changes, filter replacements, inspections, lubrication, etc.).
• Diagnose and report wear, damage, or potential failures before breakdowns occur.
• Prepare quotes and work estimates as requested.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records for all fleet and shop assets.
• Keep maintenance bays and tools organized, clean, and properly stocked.
• Adhere to company work safety policies.

Pay: $27.00- $29.00 per hour
