CORE & MAIN LP in Indianapolis, Indiana, is looking for a candidate to ensure the company’s equipment needs are met through service, maintenance, and minor repairs. Responsibilities include inspecting components, documenting activities, and completing work orders under supervision.
The ideal applicant will have experience in the mechanical field, with knowledge of hydraulics, diesel, electrical, and pneumatic systems. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Candidates should expect physical activity in various settings.
Ensures the company’s fusion equipment needs are met by performing service, maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure safety and reliability. Duties include inspecting and repairing mechanical components, documenting maintenance activities, applying safety labels, and completing work orders under supervision. Will assist with equipment refueling, supply management, and supports senior staff on complex projects, while reporting safety issues and upholding company standards.
Requires work outside in a warehouse yard setting and in a warehouse setting, requiring intermittent periods of physical activity, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment (may be heavy or awkward).
