• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with the construction and repair teams to understand vehicle requirements and provide technical support when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, tracking parts usage and labor to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Adhere to company safety standards and practices, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

Job Purpose: The Mechanic at CHARLES SARGENT IRRIGATION INC is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of trucks and service trucks involved in water well construction and repair. This role is crucial to maintaining the efficiency and safety of operations, contributing to the company's commitment to delivering high-quality irrigation solutions.
