Job summary

Synchro in Carey, Idaho is seeking a dedicated Mechanic to perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on our fleet of diesel-powered vehicles. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical experience who is looking to grow in a stable, team-oriented environment.

You will perform basic maintenance on diesel vehicles, inspect brakes and tires, assist with diagnosing issues, and keep service records while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working on diesel engines or heavy-duty vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of diesel systems, tools, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and maintenance schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).
• Own basic hand tools (preferred).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
