ResourceMFG in Brownsville, TX is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic or Auto Mechanic for a stable, full-time role with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair diesel and automotive systems, and document work orders while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Diesel or Auto Mechanic
• Knowledge of diesel engines and automotive systems
• Experience with preventative maintenance and repairs
• Ability to read work orders and use diagnostic equipment

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance on diesel and automotive vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs
• Repair and replace brakes, suspension components, engines, and other vehicle systems
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
• Ensure vehicles are operating safely and efficiently

Are you an experienced Diesel Mechanic or Auto Mechanic looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? We are seeking a dependable mechanic to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel and automotive vehicles. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.

Job Description

• Perform preventative maintenance on diesel and automotive vehicles

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Auto Mechanic, Fleet Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, or related role
• Knowledge of diesel engines, automotive systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and repairs
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Valid driver's license preferred
