Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to service our fleet, including tractor-trailers, loaders, forklifts, and trailers. The Lead Mechanic will oversee work; this role reports to that supervisor. The position offers a stable, full-time schedule with daytime hours.

The ideal candidate has strong diesel troubleshooting skills, a proven record with preventive maintenance, and the ability to work independently while maintaining detailed service records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate service records and communicate equipment needs to the Lead Mechanic.

Diesel Mechanic

Pay: $20-$22/hr+ DOE

Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. This position reports to the Lead Mechanic and is responsible for the repair and maintenance of our fleet, including tractor-trailers, loaders, forklifts, and trailers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, forklifts, and loaders
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues
• Complete scheduled inspections and maintenance
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate equipment needs to the Lead Mechanic
• Follow all company safety procedures
