Position Overview

Mechanic – responsible for ensuring the fleet operates safely, reliably, and efficiently by performing diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs on trucks and heavy equipment. Works in a hands‑on environment to support the company's operations.

What You’ll Do
Fleet Maintenance & Repair
  • Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems
  • Complete DOT inspections
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
  • Identify mechanical issues and test repairs
Operational Support
  • Generate and complete work orders
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Team Collaboration
  • Partner with drivers and operations teams
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of mechanic experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
Extra Credit
  • CDL (Class A or B)
  • Air Brake Certification
Physical & Work Requirements
  • Ability to lift, bend, and work in various conditions
Compensation & Benefits

The hourly range is posted for this position in Washington. The hourly rate will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
