Job summary

RallyX is seeking a skilled, self-motivated Mechanic to service fleet vehicles. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, complete all required paperwork, and keep a clean, safe, and organized work area. This fast-paced role requires at least 3 years of mechanic experience; Rivian experience is a bonus, ASE certification preferred.

We utilize our proprietary Rally Lean System to keep our fleet partners on the road. We specialize in quality, fast paced, automotive body repairs on Fleet Vehicles.

Who You Are:

Rally Fleet is looking for skilled, self-motivated Mechanic who takes pride in quality work, efficiency, and organization. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and understand the importance of accurate documentation and safe, clean workspaces

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic
• Prior Rivian service experience is a bonus; strong mechanical experience is the priority.

• Ability to lift heavy objects 20-75 lbs
• Reliable transportation
