Job summary

Rally Fleet is seeking a dependable Porter / Shop Assistant to support our production team in Atlanta. In this role, you'll move vehicles, transport parts, prep units for delivery, and help maintain a clean, organized shop and yard.

No prior experience required—we provide training. If you stay active, work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you’ll fit right in as part of a hands-on operations crew that keeps daily processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage vehicles around the yard as they progress through production.
• Pick up and deliver parts and supplies between vendors and the shop.
• Wash, prep, and clean vehicles ahead of customer delivery.
• Assist technicians with basic shop tasks as needed.
• Keep the yard and shop organized, clean, and safe.
• Support the team with additional duties to maintain efficient daily operations.

In this role, you'll move vehicles throughout the production process, transport parts and supplies, prepare units for delivery, and assist with maintaining a clean, organized shop and yard.
