The Wittern Group is seeking an Assembler (Mech Mold) for the Fawn Manufacturing division in Des Moines, IA. This role focuses on assembling or installing parts for vending machines and performing related tasks with attention to detail and safety.

You will follow detailed assembly instructions, obtain supplies, and complete tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and organization in the workspace.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Able to read and understand written instructions.
• Basic knowledge of electronics.
• Knowledge of metric measurements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or install parts for vending machines.
• Follow detailed assembly instruction, processes and procedures.
• Obtain supplies, position work and follow verbal or written instructions.
• Complete tasks as directed with minimum supervision.
• Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
• Provide attention to detail and focus on the task.
• Reports problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as directed that correspond to the overall function of this position.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
