Qualifications

• Teach undergraduate mechanical engineering courses with focus on control systems and robotics/mechatronics.
• Integrate Christian faith with engineering education and student formation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a diverse academic environment.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, students and industry partners to enhance learning.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate mechanical engineering courses (Control Systems, Robotics/Mechatronics).
• Develop and implement teaching methods integrating faith with learning, including labs.
• Mentor and advise students academically and professionally.
• Collaborate with industry partners to keep curriculum industry-informed.
• Contribute to ABET accreditation, curriculum development and student recruitment.
• Engage in scholarly activities and professional organizations.
• Collaborate with STEM faculty for interdisciplinary projects.
• Uphold and promote the Christian mission of the university.
