Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role overseeing mechanical teams.
• Ability to establish methods and procedures for installation of mechanical components, equipment and instruments.
• Familiarity with mechanical assembly and measurement tools.
• Excellent command of English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Interpret mechanical engineering drawings and communicate requirements to work teams.
• Identify and report discrepancies and control drawings.
• Troubleshooting of mechanical and assembly process.
• Ensure project schedule milestones are met.
• Coach and direct the work team to meet cost, quality and schedule requirements.
• Maintain safe work practices and enforce HSE programs.
