Job description

Pay Range: $15.75- $19.95

SUMMARY

Provides fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Responsible for properly wrapping, weighing, and labeling meat products according to company policies and procedures. Ensures that meat products in the case are displayed and rotated accurately and that the product levels are adequate to promote optimal sales opportunities. Responsible for providing a high level of customer courtesy and service at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times.
2. Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers upon fulfilling their requests.
3. Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
4. Ensure proper wrapping and weighing procedures for all meat department products.
5. Follow merchandising procedures regarding case layout, pricing, and coding.
6. Display and rotate meat products properly.
7. Adhere to all sanitation policies and procedures relevant to the meat department.
8. Control shrink by following related policies and procedures.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by management, complying with all company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years old.
