• Ensure pricing on products is correct and clearly marked.
• Follow all regulations on meat operations, safety, and sanitation.
• Maintain proper case conditions: cleaning, stocking, rotating products to minimize shrink.
• Provide courteous customer service and promote sales.
• Follow directions from Meat Manager/Manager on Duty; travel is not required.
