Position Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, from 10am to 6pm (subject to change based on business needs; overtime as required)
• Starting Rate: $20.52 per hour

Position Summary:

Pack meat in boxes, seal, label, and stack finished products on pallets according to work order specifications and customer preferences. Assemble boxes, clean packaging areas and equipment, ensuring GMP and quality standards are met. Maintain the efficient flow of products through the production process. Work as part of a team and perform duties as assigned to serve the company effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Review work schedule, perform safety checks, gather supplies, and prepare for operations; secure equipment and complete paperwork at shift end.
2. Check cutting list, obtain packaging materials, and prepare packaging using pallet jack.
3. Assemble boxes, create labels, and prepare Cryovac sealer with wrap.
4. Load meat into sealer, seal, and place on work table.
5. Pack meat into cases, label, seal with tape or strapping, and stack on pallets.
6. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
