MEAT/WRAPPER (Finance)

Minimum requirements:
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read shelf tags, signs, and labels.
- Qualified to operate equipment such as wrappers, slicers, grinders, power saws, and jacks.
- Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals.
- Teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment and willingness to assist colleagues.
- Calmly handle stressful situations and maintain a positive impression on customers and staff.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in meat preparation or similar food handling roles.
- Dependability and integrity in previous work.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA and food safety standards.
Additional responsibilities:
- Prepare and display merchandise neatly and efficiently.
- Ensure product quality, freshness, safety, and proper rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales areas, backrooms, coolers, carts, tools, and floors.
- Manage inventory levels and freshness in display cases, unload trucks, and prepare merchandise for sale.
- Provide excellent customer and colleague relations.
- Sanitize equipment per company and health department policies.
- Make a positive impression on customers through friendly service.
- Assist customers in finding products and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Follow all relevant laws, policies, and procedures, including dress code, grooming, food safety, and sanitation.
- Maintain equipment and facilities safely and properly.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
