Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh and appealing display by checking quality and stocking cases and shelves.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps sample areas full and clean.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors and drains as required.
• Arrives on time and prepared to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary work and shopping environment and maintains equipment.
• Performs opening, mid and closing duties and ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
