Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Respectful, reliable and safety-conscious worker.

Responsibilities

• Inspect bellies for quality and safety issues.
• Examine bellies for broken ends, bone chips, hair roots and foreign materials.
• Load bellies shoulder-first on the slicer as directed.
• Start and stop the slicer as needed.
• Clean the slicer and area per instructions.
• Maintain supplies and equipment as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by crew leader and supervisor.
