Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Inspects bellies and ensures product quality.
• Examines bellies for broken ends, bone chips, hair roots and foreign materials.
• Loads bellies shoulder first, end to end on Slicer as directed.
• Starts and stops Slicer as necessary.
• Cleans the Slicer when malfunctioning.
• Replaces paper rolls on spindle as needed.
• Threads paper into feed mechanism properly.
• Keeps work area and machine clean as directed.
• Notifies Line Service if low on belly supply.
• Keeps line supplied with product and performs other duties as assigned.
