Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day merchandising, stocking, product flow, planogram, and pricing of the Meat and Seafood departments.
• Ensures a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
• Responsible for achieving financial performance goals in both Meat and Seafood departments.
• Conducts interviews to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Trains Meat team members to build a high-performance team.
• Writes and manages Meat schedules to achieve service levels while controlling expenses.
• Ensures signing execution and pricing accuracy.
• Accountable for sanitation and safety procedures.
• Controls and manages inventory shrinkage through accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Completes MITS tasks in a timely manner.
