Responsibilities

• Provide polite greetings and create a selling environment in the meat/seafood area.
• Prepare knife-ready products (cut, slice, weigh, wrap, price) per standards.
• Assist in receiving, inventory, and storage of products.
• Price, stock, and rotate frozen items and fresh meat/seafood.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and floor.
• Ensure product quality and freshness, with in-date items only.
• Communicate shrink issues to management and guest requests to staff.
• Make PA announcements for meat/seafood promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
