Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic meat and seafood team member in Wilkesboro, NC to provide outstanding guest service, greet guests, and use selling skills to create a welcoming department atmosphere. You will prepare knife-ready products, help with receiving and stocking, rotate items, and maintain safety and sanitation in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and the sales floor.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a cold environment, and be at least 18 years

Qualificações

• Must possess strong interpersonal and selling skills.
• Ability to work well with others and interact with guests.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs constantly.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and engage in selling the department.
• Prepare knife-ready meats and seafood (cut, slice, trim, wrap, weigh, and price) according to standards.
• Assist in product receiving, inventory and storage.
• Price, stock, and rotate frozen items and fresh meat/seafood.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and sales floor.
• Ensure products are in date and maintain high quality and freshness.
• Communicate shrink issues to management.
• Relay guest requests to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
