The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A team-focused, safety-conscious mindset is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent with basic math/weights knowledge.
• Be dependable and reliable and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior; a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Perform general housekeeping and ensure safety and sanitation in the department.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and help customers with questions and special orders.
• Handle, store, and grind meats; unload deliveries and rotate stock to prevent aging.
• Maintain product knowledge and follow department procedures such as Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4.
