The role requires completion of Meat/Seafood Butcher and Culinary Training Program or passing a meat skills test, a professional appearance, and willingness to cross-train.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in ordering for the entire sales areas of both the meat and seafood departments.
• Must project a clean and professional appearance.
• Willingness to cross train and learn other areas as needed.
• Ability to operate within company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Meat/Seafood Butcher and Culinary Training Program and/or passed a meat skills test completed.
