Earth Fare Athens is seeking a Meat & Seafood Clerk to join our team as a part-time position in Athens, GA. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with meat products, and help maintain an organized department.

The role requires knowledge of meat cuts, knife safety, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with evenings, weekends, and holidays available. Join a team focused on healthy choices and community values.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of meat cuts and cooking techniques preferred
• Demonstrated ability in knife handling, other cutting equipment, and safety procedures

Responsabilités

• Delivers exceptional customer service while being a valuable asset of product knowledge within the department
• Prepares specialty merchandise e.g., sausage, ready-to-cook products, and cured meats
• Ensures the Meat and Seafood Department is well stocked, clean, organized, rotated, and merchandised appropriately, including proper signage and pricing of items
