Job summary

Earth Fare, Inc. is seeking a Meat & Seafood Clerk to support our department and shop floor. You will assist customers, maintain stock, labeling, and merchandising, and help with sausage and ready-to-cook products to ensure quality and presentation.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in food service or meat handling is preferred; training is provided to ensure high product knowledge and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of meat cuts and cooking techniques preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in knife handling and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service and supports product knowledge in Meat & Seafood.
• Keeps the Meat & Seafood Department well stocked, clean, organized, rotated, and merchandised with proper signage and pricing.
• Prepares specialty merchandise such as sausage and ready-to-cook items.
