You will prepare and package various meat and seafood items, operate department equipment, and fulfill special orders with attention to freshness and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cutting, traying, wrapping, and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Creates an environment that makes customers feel welcome and valued to increase confidence and loyalty.
• Prepares and packages meat, seafood, random weight, lunchmeat, frozen food and salted meats to production standards.
• Operates department equipment and tools; fulfills customer requests and special orders.
• Promotes trust and teamwork; adheres to laws and company guidelines.
• Stocks, rotates and inspects products to ensure freshness and proper temperature; maintains cleanliness and safety.
