Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time Meat & Seafood Clerk to process, package, and stock meat products in a fast-paced store environment. You will also unload stock and reload salvage, and perform duties of seafood clerk when assigned.

Responsibilities include following Meat Standards, maintaining clean work areas, providing excellent customer service, and working with the team to ensure accurate product availability and presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, and stock meat products according to Meat Standards.
• Clean and maintain work areas.
• Provide customer service and unload stock; reload salvage.
• Perform duties of seafood clerk when assigned.
