Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a packaging team member to join a twelve-person crew responsible for packing meat and seafood into pouches and boxes for distribution to customers. The role requires a strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read simple instructions. Temperature-controlled, refrigerated conditions apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to add and subtract simple numbers and to multiply and divide.
• Able to work in a temperature controlled refrigerated plant.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum seal and box portions on easy to operate packaging machines.
• Weigh, label, and stack boxes on pallets for distribution.
• Work as part of a twelve person team.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
