Vallarta Supermarkets is seeking a Meat Dispatcher to provide prompt, courteous service to customers and manage meat, seafood, and cremeria products. You will stock displays, label, weigh, and ensure fresh, safe products while upholding Vallarta’s standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining case cleanliness, restocking, and ensuring price accuracy. A fast-paced, friendly environment awaits in this team-based role.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of English language.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn different types of meat, seafood, and cremeria products.

Responsibilities

• Smile, greet, and assist customers with extraordinary service.
• Rotate and stock products in display cases and coolers; maintain freshness and quality.
• Fill customer orders accurately, package, weigh, and label products.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling and preparation of marinated meats and vegetables.
• Maintain clean, organized cases, counters, and displays.
• Ensure labeling and pricing accuracy.
• Monitor case temperatures and report discrepancies to management.
• Support teamwork by assisting coworkers and communicating with management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
