Job summary

Harris Teeter in Virginia Beach is seeking a part-time Meat Clerk to process and package meat products, stock and assist customers. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English; write simple correspondence in English.

Responsibilities

• Process/pack meat products according to Meat Standards.
• Clean work areas and maintain sanitation.
• Provide customer service, unload stock and reload salvage.
• Perform duties of seafood clerk when assigned.
