Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and create a selling environment.
• Prepare knife-ready meat products: slice, trim, wrap, weigh, and price according to standards.
• Assist in product receiving, inventory, and storage.
• Price, stock, and rotate frozen items and fresh meat/seafood.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in meat/seafood prep areas, coolers, freezers, and sales floor.
• Ensure product freshness and in-date items; communicate shrink/issues to management.
• Make PA announcements for meat/seafood promos and sales.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
