Job summary

• Should possess good interpersonal skills, effective selling skills, and an outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others and interact with guests.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs constantly.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and create a selling environment.
• Prepare knife-ready meat/seafood products per standards.
• Assist in receiving, inventory, and storage.
• Price, stock, and rotate frozen items and fresh meat/seafood.
• Maintain safety and sanitation across prep areas, coolers, and sales floors.
• Ensure products are fresh and in date.
• Notify management of shrink issues.
• Address guest requests/concerns to management.
• Make PA announcements for sales and promotions in the meat/seafood.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
