Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the United States, and able to perform basic math for counting products. The role involves standing long hours and handling heavy materials in a factory setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must know basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) for counting products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent flow of meat products through processing machinery.
• Perform visual inspections of products and packaging for quality control.
• Address quality issues promptly to maintain product standards.
• Facilitate material movement through lifting, pushing, and pulling products.
• Hand-stuff, formulate, and link products using traditional processes.
• Package finished products into pre-formed boxes for distribution.
• Monitor product temperatures to ensure packaging requirements are met.
• Adapt to changing production needs and priorities as required.
• Stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift.
• Work near heavy machinery and conveyor systems in a high-volume environment.
