Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a 2nd shift Production Superintendent for a large meat‑processing facility in Kokomo, IN. You will oversee deboning operations, lead supervisors, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency targets.

Relocation assistance is provided. The role requires at least 5 years of leadership in protein/manufacturing, Lean manufacturing experience, and strong communication and problem‑solving abilities. US Citizenship or green card holder preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in high-volume protein/manufacturing.
• Strong Lean/CI background with focus on safety and quality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and manage production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Direct supervisors and teams, ensuring clear communication and adherence to plans.
• Lead daily review of production performance and drive corrective actions.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement; reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Review KPIs and implement root-cause based solutions for safety and quality.
