Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Determine headcount requirements and labor utilization to meet goals.
• Schedule equipment and team resources to support each production plan.
• Track yield rates to meet or exceed business goals.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely closure within fiscal periods.
• Set and monitor department performance metrics to drive productivity.
