Job summary

JBS Foods in Green Bay, WI is hiring for harvesting and product-prep roles in a fast-paced meat processing facility. You will unload and prepare animals for the harvest floor, perform humane stunning and manual tasks using knives and powered tools.

Base pay ranges from $21.90 to $28.90 per hour plus benefits, with PTO, holidays, and 401(k). This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for growth within a large global food company.

Qualifications

• Experience in harvesting or meat processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload and segregate live animals for harvest floor.
• Stun animals humanely to enter harvest floor.
• Remove hides using dehider knives and powered equipment.
• Harvest blood on the harvest floor and prepare for customer.
• Break down carcasses and save primals as requested by customers.
• Box and bag trim and primals to customer specifications.
