Qualifications

• Must be able to work continually in a refrigerated environment 35°F-45°F.
• Must be able to work for periods of time in freezer environments -10°F to +10°F.
• Overtime may be required with or without notice.

Responsabilités

• Work in a fast-paced environment preparing meat products for lines or processing stages.
• Follow all Food Safety requirements and GMP guidelines.
• Perform visual inspection of meat products to meet specifications.
• Assist in cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.
