Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and disassemble equipment per department protocols.
• Record raw material usage in the computer.
• Maintain QA and inventory records.
• Weigh and measure ingredients according to batch sheets.
• Mix ingredients and control temperature as required.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Read and follow specifications and batch sheets.
• Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
